This machine features linear filling technology and is adaptable to

filling, plugging, capping, container discharge, and automatic
material feeding. Operating in a straight-line manner, the machine

process is controlled by a servo motor, which effectively prevents
material spraying and foaming. The combination of a servo motor and
a rotary valve, along with piston quantitative filling, ensures
convenient control, straightforward adjustment, and high filling
accuracy. The servo motor also governs the up-and-down movement of
cap screwing. Moreover, the cap screwing torque is adjustable,
ensuring that the bottle caps remain undamaged during the process.
The manipulator automatically discharges the finished products,
offering convenience and reliability. The filling structure is
designed for easy disassembly and cleaning. Volume adjustment is a
simple task, and the operation is both convenient and safe.
Equipped with moving wheels, the machine can be easily relocated as
needed. Constructed entirely from sanitary stainless steel, the
