automatically compensate for viscosity variations (±5% tolerance).
High-Precision Ceramic Pump Mechanism
Equipped with a zirconia ceramic plunger (Ra≤0.2μm surface finish)
and diamond-like carbon (DLC) coated check valves. The 360°
adjustable pump head (15° increments) enables optimal alignment for
shear-sensitive fluids (e.g., vaccines, collagen). Achieves ≤±0.3%
accuracy for Newtonian fluids (tested per ISO 8655) and maintains
CV <0.8% after 100K cycles.
Tool-Free Quick-Change System
Patented magnetic mold base allows vial format changes in <15
seconds (compatible with 2-100ml containers). Self-centering
grippers with PEEK wear plates accommodate oval/flat-sided bottles.
Includes RFID-tagged nest plates for automatic recipe recall.
Hygienic Construction
Full 304 stainless steel frame with electropolished surfaces
(Ra≤0.8μm). Features CIP/SIP compatibility (150°C/3bar) and
FDA-compliant PTFE fluid path. All corners feature >R10 radii
for optimized cleanability per EHEDG guidelines.
