This machine adopts linear filling and is suitable for various high
and low viscosity materials. The machine has the functions of
Automatic filling, plugging, capping, container discharge and
automatic material feeding. As Straight-line operation, the mold
can be used automatically and circularly. The clamps are
adjustable, and different bottle types can be filled by simply
adjusting the clamps to change the bottle type. The servo motor
controls the diving filling, which effectively prevents the
material from spraying and foaming. Servo motor combined with
rotary valve, piston quantitative filling, convenient control,
simple adjustment and high filling accuracy. Servo motor to control
the cap screwing up and down, cap screwing torque is adjustable too
which is no damage to bottle cap. The manipulator automatically
discharges the finished product, which is convenient and reliable.
Filling structure is easy to disassemble and clean. The volume
adjustment is simple, the operation is convenient and safe.
Equipped with moving wheels, the machine is easy to move. The whole
machine is made of sanitary stainless steel, which is good and
sanitary.
