Characteristic
XQJYP-2A uses a fully automatic filling and capping design to fill
and cap the essential oil bottle. The device adopts a German sensor
to achieve the functions of no filling without the bottle, no
capping without lids. The filling speed is up to 45-50 bottles per
minute. The filling pump applies the XQX2 ceramic pump to ensure
filling accuracy which is normally within ±0.5%. The capping part
adopts SERVO torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and
no-damaging of the lid. What's more, the machine can connect the
labeling machine to realize the full product line function.
