A. The working principle of filling:
The main engine of this machine runs as the astrolabe to complete
the circular intermittent movement, which is the main astrolabe for
filling and capping. The ceramic pump is used for filling,
double-head pre-capping mechanism, and double-head capping
mechanism. Bottle loading adopts automatic bottle unscrambler; it
is automatically picked up by the cap-removing manipulator and sent
to the capping station. After capping completed, it is connected to
the labeling area through the transition star plate, and then the
finished product is collected.
B. Lid and cover work station:
The cap loading adopts shake pan. The vibration hopper is caused by
the vibration of the electromagnet in the oscillator hopper to make
the cap be ordered and the machine hand cap the cap to load on the
bottle to finish the cap loading action.
