XQET-4S is designed for filling and sealing extraction tubes with a rotary
tray filling and sealing structure. The sealing part is the high
precision aluminum foil sealing structure, which is simple and
efficient and the torque is adjustable. High-precision ceramic
metering pumps is applied to ensure filling accuracy within ±1%.
The whole machine has a compact design to save space and fit for
the GMP workshop standard.
Characteristic
This equipment has been tested to meet the requirements of GMP
certification.
1. The intelligent touch operating system is adopted in Reagent tube Filler.
2. The separation part adopts high purity ceramic pump, which
controls the injection volume of each lap by adjusting the angle of
the pump head, and has extremely high measuring accuracy and
repeated consistency.
3. the machine adopts bottle mold fast loading method, different
bottle type can be exchanged quickly and conveniently.
4. The device adopts German sensor to achieve the functions of no
filling without bottle, no capping without lids.
5. Additional plug or cover functions can be customized as
required.
6. Taiwan brand pneumatic components are adopted.
