XQGM-30A is a desktop-type filling and crimping machine for glass
vial packing. It has been tested to meet the requirements of the
GMP workshop and can be put on the clean bench to use. Self-developing intelligent operating system is adopted to make the
operation easy. The liquid filling part adopts the XQX2 ceramic
pump, which has extremely high measuring accuracy and repeated
consistency. 304 stainless steel appearance is applied to ensure
corrosive resistance. The riveting part adopts a special material
coating hardening treatment, which has a long service life.
The equipment is fast installed by mold, and it can be replaced
conveniently between different bottle types. This device adopts the
German sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without the
bottle, no rivet cover without lids.
