Characteristic
XQSRG-2S is designed for various cosmetic bottles, which can be
filled and capped for liquid and cream Paste products. Its working
method is manual bottle feeding, automatic filling, automatic
stopper screwing, and automatic bottle discharge all in one rotary
table. The filling part uses XQQG ceramic piston pumps to ensure
filling accuracy, fast filling speed, and wide range. The capping
part adopts the servo capping method, and the torque is adjustable
to prevent the cap from being damaged. The self-developed system is
to make the whole machine operation easy. The whole machine has a
compact design. What's more, the machine can connect the conveyor
to finish the packing in the box process or quality check process.
Characteristic
A. Material contact parts are made of stainless steel SUS316.
B. Adopt photoelectric control, fast and accurate automatic
quantitative filling; The rotary valve adopts ceramic material
without sealing ring, cleaning without dead angle.
C. Using motion controller and HMI man-machine operation interface,
parameters can be called on the operation interface with one key
without manual adjustment of the mechanical position.
D. Servo system is adopted, with high filling precision and precise
positioning.
E. The filling action is fast so that the bottle can be filled
immediately, and the production efficiency is high.
F. The whole machine adopts a stainless steel frame structure,
transparent PC or plexiglass material frame, SUS304 stainless steel
countertop.
G. Ultrasonic liquid level control.
H. Adopting motion control system and servo motor for tracking
capping, the bottle does not need to be stopped, and the position
of the bottle is automatically tracked for automatic capping, and
the torque can be adjusted
