Characteristic

XQGX-30A is mainly for filling and capping the essential oil bottle. The filling part uses XQX2 high-precision ceramic pump to ensure filling accuracy which can make it within ±0.4%. The appearance adopts 304 stainless steel and is easy to clean. The filling speed is up to 24 PCS per minute, suitable for small batch production. At the same time, the machine is with the bottle feeder which can save working labor. What's more, the capping head is the servo motor type and the torque is adjustable. And it can connect the labeling machine to form a filling line.
