Characteristic
XQXG-30S is a desktop type full automatic filling capping machine
for the diluent liquid in the IVD industry. It can finish the
filling and capping work in the small space room or Clean workshop.
The filling pump applies a high-precision ceramic pump to ensure
filling accuracy(XQX2 series). The capping part adopts the servo
motor capping to make the torque adjustable. The appearance
material is 304 stainless steel which is fit for the GMP needs. The
filling speed is up to 25 pcs per minute which is mainly for the
lab to finish the small batch production. A fully automatic design
is good to save labor. At the same time, it can connect the
labeling machine to finish the labeling job.
