XQJYP-2A applies an automatic filling and capping system, especially for filling and capping the essential oil bottle which is with the cap and plug. The filling speed is up to 50 bottles/min. The device adopts a German sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without the bottle, no capping without lids. The filling pump applies XQX2 high-precision ceramic pump to ensure filling accuracy which is within ±0.5%. The capping part applies SERVO torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and no-damaging of the lid. At the same time, the machine can be connected with the labeling machine.
