The full automatic 10ml vial liquid filling and capping machine is
designed for filling and capping 10ml vials. The machine is
equipped with a feeding table to transport the vials, a ceramic
pump filling head to accurately fill the vials with the required
liquid, and a crimping head to automatically cap the filled vials.
The machine is equipped with a cylinder to drive the filling and
capping heads to crimp, and uses sensors to detect the positions of
the vial mouths and trigger the clamping devices to clamp the
vials. The machine is suitable for use in the pharmaceutical,
biotechnology, and other related industries.
