Machine
XQZGX-12sa uses a desktop filling and capping design, specially
designed to fill and capping the Cryo tube and reagent filling. The
appearance adopts desktop design, whose size is small and the
material is 304 stainless steel which is easy to clean. The filling
pump applies a high-precision ceramic pump to ensure filling
accuracy. The filling speed is up to 1800-2400 bottles per hour. It
is the upgrade version of XQZGX-12S
The full automatic virus sampling tube filling and capping machine
is designed for filling and capping virus sampling tubes. The
machine is equipped with a feeding shaker to transport the tubes, a
filling head to accurately fill the tubes with the required liquid,
and a capping head to automatically cap the filled tubes. The
machine is equipped with a servo motor to drive the filling and
capping heads to rotate, and uses sensors to detect the positions
of the tube mouths and trigger the clamping devices to clamp the
tubes. The machine is suitable for use in the pharmaceutical,
biotechnology, and other related industries.
